An epoxy flake flooring system combines a durable resin base coat with decorative color flakes and a protective polyaspartic topcoat. This multi-layer design results in:
Exceptional durability and impact resistance
A seamless, stain-resistant surface
Custom color and texture options
Slip resistance for safety
The ability to conceal minor concrete
imperfections
This system looks as good as it performs — perfect for garages, showrooms, workshops, patios, and more.
What is an Epoxy-Flake Flooring System?
Why Polyaspartic Matters - - -
The Modern Topcoat
On top of the epoxy base, we use polyaspartic coatings — a high-performance topcoat that takes your floor’s durability even further.
Why polyaspartic?
Fast cure times — much quicker than traditional coatings, meaning less downtime before you can use your
space.UV stability — resists yellowing or fading over time, especially in sun-exposed areas.
Superior chemical and abrasion resistance, ideal for garages, workshops, and commercial spaces.
Outstanding adhesion and gloss, delivering a sleek, professional-grade finish that customers love.
These properties make polyaspartic coatings a perfect choice for high-traffic areas in homes and businesses alike.
Paver SEaling
Surface Cleaning & Preparation
We begin with a thorough cleaning of the entire paver surface to remove embedded dirt, algae, mold, and surface contaminants that build up over time. This step not only restores the natural appearance of the pavers, but more importantly creates a properly prepared surface for the sand and sealer to bond effectively. Careful preparation at this stage is essential to achieving a clean, uniform finish and long-lasting results.
Joint Sand Stabilization
Once the surface is fully cleaned and dried, we install high-quality polymeric sand into all paver joints. This sand is designed to harden when activated, helping to lock the pavers in place and maintain proper joint structure. A properly sanded surface helps reduce weed growth, limit insect intrusion, and prevent joint erosion caused by rain and regular use. This step plays a key role in the overall stability and longevity of the paver system.
Sealer Protection & Enhancement
The final step is the application of a professional-grade sealer to protect and enhance the paver surface. This coating helps guard against staining, UV fading, and moisture intrusion while enriching the natural color of the pavers for a clean, finished look. The sealer is breathable, allowing vapor to escape from beneath the surface to prevent issues over time. Depending on the condition and porosity of the pavers, multiple coats may be applied to ensure even coverage and durable, long-term performance.
